Are your bags authentic?
Absolutely — authenticity is non-negotiable here. Every item in our collection is personally sourced, inspected, and verified before it's listed. We only sell what we can stand behind. If you ever have questions about a specific piece, just ask.
What does the condition rating mean?
Each item is rated on a five-tier scale: Excellent, Like New, Great, Good, or Fair. These ratings reflect the honest, real-world condition of the bag — not a best-case scenario. Do you sell bags below Fair condition?
No. Our personal standard is simple: if we wouldn't carry it, we wouldn't sell it. Fair is the floor, and even at that tier every flaw is fully documented. You'll always know exactly what you're getting.
How do I know what I am getting before I buy?
Every listing includes multiple photographs and a detailed written description covering the bag's condition, any visible wear, and any notable features. We believe in full transparency — we'd rather you know everything upfront than be disappointed when your bag arrives.

How do you ship?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Shipping details and estimated timelines are available at checkout. We take pride in how our bags arrive — they deserve a great first impression in their new home.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each item is pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we're unable to accept returns. This is exactly why we invest so much in accurate condition descriptions and photography — we want you to shop with complete confidence from the start.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with damage that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us through the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
