We want you to feel confident about every piece you bring home. Sometimes a handbag isn't quite what you pictured, and that's okay. Our return policy gives you a little peace of mind.

You have three calendar days after delivery to notify us that you'd like to return your item.
HOW RETURNS work
Keep it in the same condition
Leave the authenticity/security tag attached and intact, and keep your item in the condition it arrived.
Return and refund
Follow the return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
Keeping your return eligible
To qualify for a refund, the handbag or accessory must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its PURSuaded authenticity/security tag still attached, intact, and unaltered.
Please contact us within the three-calendar-day notification window. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back. After the returned item is received and its condition and tag are verified, we'll process your refund.
Beyond the return window
Once the three-day return window has passed, you can still ask us about a possible buy-back or consignment. These options are considered individually and aren't guaranteed.
Questions about your order?
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there is a material issue not disclosed in the listing, please contact us promptly so we can review your concern.
Our pre-owned pieces are inspected, authenticated, photographed, and described to the best of our ability. PURSuaded is an independent reseller and does not provide manufacturer warranties or guarantees on future wear.
For payment disputes, we may provide transaction records, authentication information, shipping confirmation, tracking, and delivery documentation to the payment processor. We encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
