PURSuaded specializes in authentic pre-owned handbags and accessories. Because our inventory consists primarily of pre-owned items, each purchase is sold as is, and all sales are final.

For that reason, we go to great lengths to ensure every item is carefully inspected, authenticated, photographed, and described in detail before it is offered for sale. Any signs of wear, flaws, or notable characteristics are disclosed to the best of our ability through photographs and written descriptions.

We encourage you to carefully review all photos, measurements, and condition notes before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, we're always happy to help before you place your order.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery and before removing the PURSuaded security tag.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there is a material issue that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us immediately so we can review the matter.

Items with the PURSuaded security tag removed, altered, or tampered with are considered accepted and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

As a reseller of authentic pre-owned items, PURSuaded is not affiliated with the original manufacturers and does not offer manufacturer warranties or guarantees on future wear. Any repair services or warranty claims should be directed to the original brand.

Chargeback & Fraud Policy

PURSuaded takes payment fraud and fraudulent chargebacks seriously.

Every order is processed using secure payment verification and is documented with order records, payment authorization, shipping confirmation, tracking information, package photographs, and delivery verification when applicable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid order without first contacting PURSuaded to resolve the concern, we reserve the right to provide all available documentation to the payment processor and issuing financial institution in defense of the transaction. Fraudulent disputes may also result in cancellation of future purchasing privileges and, where permitted by law, recovery of associated fees, collection efforts, or other legal remedies.
