Condition Guide

Most of the items in our collection have been previously owned, and unless otherwise stated, they may not be in flawless condition. Every bag is personally inspected and honestly rated — because your trust matters more than the sale. Be sure to read the condition notes and inspect all photos before purchasing. You won't find anything below Fair here, because if we wouldn't wear it, we wouldn't sell it.

Excellent

This bag is brand new and has never been carried. It may still have original tags, packaging, or protective coverings. This is as good as it gets outside of a boutique. These are the unicorns — brand new, likely impossible to find anywhere else, and somehow right here waiting for you.

Like New

This bag has been carried little to none and shows no visible signs of wear. Hardware is bright with little to no scratching, leather or canvas is clean, and the interior is pristine. You'd never know it wasn't bought yesterday.

Great

This bag has been gently used and is in beautiful condition. There may be faint signs of wear — think a light surface mark or mild softening of the leather — but nothing significant. Any specific flaws will always be called out in the listing.

Good

This bag has been carried and loved, and it shows just enough to prove it had a great first life. You may notice slightly worn corners, light creasing in the leather, or minor hardware patina. Everything is noted in the listing so there are no surprises.

Fair

This bag carries its history with it — and for the right buyer, that's part of the beauty. You'll find visible signs of wear such as scuffs, darkening on handles, or surface scratches. This tier is where vintage lovers and savvy shoppers find the best value on authentic luxury. Every flaw is documented in the listing and photos, always.
